I had the most amazing internship over the summer of 2021. I worked with a few other teammates around the same age as me.
Dell really fosters a sense of teamwork, so expect a lot of collaboration and ends the summer with presentations between intern teams. I learned a lot and am excited to return next summer! Highly recommend if you are in college and value mentorship and career advancement.
The summer was virtual, so it was hard to get a sense of the company culture, since all the external intern events were over Zoom.

SWE Intern
The process is different for everyone. Most people only have behavioral interviews, which are very easy to pass. However, my interviewer was rapid-firing extremely hard technical questions, so be prepared for either.
