Low Pascal, less on-site opportunities, internal politics as usual, no cab facility, worst cafeteria and food. Facilities should improve.
Consider giving a hike at least once a year. They give it 1.5 years once or 2 years once, and that too single-digit. Consider internal employees rather than hiring out and paying them more.
