Phone screen. The manager was on a phone screen with the team lead. During the phone screen, you get to meet the manager. This means the team lead is not truly a lead and does not get to decide.

During my phone interview, the interviewer shared a lot of advice with me. They spent a long time explaining the job scope and elaborated on the difference between a leader's and an executor's roles and responsibilities.

30-minute Skype interview. This included: * An introduction to the job position and what they were looking for. * Questions about myself. The interview went smoothly. However, I did not receive any response after sending two follow-up emails.
