Attainable quotas, cool people to work with, and solid benefits. Remote work, very flexible—seems difficult to get fired if you just do your job.
Managers are out of touch with the sales process. It’s difficult to get internal promotions even if you are performing well. I get the impression they do not care to retain talent.
Pay top reps if you want them to stay.
