Cons: There are too many activities that you are made to do internally. Whether you like it or not, time is invested outside of working hours because projects tend to be very demanding, such as being a senior coach upwards, internal initiatives, among others.

Pros: Home office. Flexible hours. Good salary.

Cons: Growth limited by available positions. Annual salary increases are limited, although the annual bonus considerably increases total compensation.

Pros: They pay statutory benefits and payroll directly, no outsourcing. You can learn a lot.

Cons: Low salary for a company of that caliber. Bad atmosphere, full of hypocrisy, lies, and intrigue. If the Lead doesn't like you, you won't stay at the company. The work culture is practically the opposite of the "culture" (in reality, almost a cult) they officially promote. Nobody takes responsibility for anything, they never tell you anything directly, and they fester in bureaucracy. A promise from any level of management means nothing. Everyone is jealous of everyone else (in every sense, both in office romances and in work matters).
