AI Applications Developer Interview Experience - Amsterdam
Process
I was referred to the position by someone working at Deloitte. After receiving an email that my application had been accepted, I was told I had to carry out a 2.5-hour online assessment, including:
- Logical reasoning
- Abstract reasoning
- Numerical reasoning
- Verbal aptitude
I had one week to complete them.
When I completed the tests, I received an email within an hour stating I was rejected, as my test scores did not reach Deloitte's standards. After sending an email requesting a retake and explaining that I had had some technical problems, I received no response at all.
