There was a shortlisting test before the interview rounds.
After shortlisting, there were 3 rounds in the process. The 1st round was a group discussion round where we were given a topic on the spot.
Shortlisted candidates then had a 2nd round as a basic interview round where the interviewer asked you questions from your resume.
The final round was a partner round, where the partner asked some tough questions related to your past performance and why you should be selected for the given role.
