I was interviewed by a Deloitte team for 3 rounds. It went on for almost 20 days.

They sent an email for document upload and form filling. I submitted them, and after 4 days of document submission, HR called, congratulated me, and negotiated salary. They said they could offer me a maximum of my current salary.

I had clearly told them my current and expected CTC while processing my profile. After all is done, they are screwing candidates like this. Don't you feel ashamed, Deloitte?

It's a waste of time for both sides. On top of that, they held one interview on a weekend also, saying they had urgent requirements.

Never ever appear for a Deloitte interview unless the job is important to you.

Worst TAG team, HR team.
