Process

Really long process (4 months) from application to final response. The process consisted of 4 interviews with different people in the team. Initially, I was told there were 3 interviews. After the third one and three weeks of waiting, I received an invitation for a fourth interview instead of a response. During the last interview, the partner who was interviewing me told me, “I see no reason why we shouldn’t proceed; we’re gonna prepare a proposal for you.” After another week, I received an email with 3 lines from HR saying that I wasn’t selected. The interviews were nice and interesting, but I didn’t feel they were caring much about people, based on how I was treated.
