First round of interview with someone having 25-30 years of experience in tech but no manners or virtues. Started off with a simple question about comparing different data warehouses, interrupted midway in about 1 minute, and started talking about all that I said wrong according to him. He wasted 5 minutes explaining something I already knew and never gave me a chance to speak.
10 minutes later, I interrupted with a word and said, "Oh, okay, you want to talk about it? Cool, let's discuss." Yet again, he started his own rant for another 10 minutes, explaining the concepts to me. He started bragging about himself, how he came to the US 30 years back, how he used to work, how he handles clients, and blah blah.
Extremely intimidating, with no regard for the other person. He just did not let me speak or explain. It felt like he had a bad day with a client and wanted to just vent his frustration on me.
Never taking any other interview with Deloitte again. Horrible people. Had heard so much about the bad culture there, experienced it firsthand in the interview process itself.
