I was initially reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter. They screened me and then passed me to another internal recruiter. The recruiters were nice and personable.
The three-round interview consisted of a technical and two behavioral rounds. The technical interview was all verbal and about my recent experience with cloud technologies, which I struggled with since I lacked any specific "cloud" projects to speak of.
The behavioral interviews were pretty standard and general. If you prepare, you can breeze through them.
I will note that during all of the interviews, it really felt like they needed to be somewhere else. One guy couldn't stop yawning.
Walk me through a project you've worked on and what did you do?
