My interview process ended due to being effectively denied my disability accommodation. Since requesting it, I have had nothing but trouble contacting the "recruiter" and no contact from the hiring manager to discuss how to make it possible.

Simple process.

• Initial call to discuss the role.
• Two video interviews with employees to discuss suitability and answer questions about myself.

I was meant to take the technical test two months ago, but have hit a wall and do not have any contact information of use.

In general, I don't think the hiring practices here are very good for those who innately deviate from the norm. And I'm quite disappointed, given their marketing is disability friendly and outwardly caring. I have not experienced this.
