I learned of this one day in an office workshop at the campus career fair. I passed them my resume and was contacted by a recruiter not long after. I had one behavioral interview that lasted about 20 minutes. The recruiter was very nice and tried to make it as normal a conversation as possible. They took a few notes and asked if I had any questions. They told me I would hear back in a few weeks.
