I got a screening call very last minute after explaining I couldn't do it on a certain day when I had specified my available days and times. The person who screened me said I don't have experience in AWS when I have 3 certificates in AWS and have been working as a Cloud Engineer for 3 years. The job posting said 3 years of experience in AWS, but the person said 5 years of experience and seemed to be changing what they were asking for and gatekeeping the opportunity. The person was not knowledgeable in technology, was very rude, and not a good representative for a company of this caliber. They said I could be at an analyst level or junior level and that they could think about teaching me, but wanted to grossly underpay for a position that they said is senior (they did not say senior in the posting). I would recommend training on how to interact positively with candidates and not berate them when they have experience.
