Process
Applied for a job. The HR person got in touch and asked me to contact him and arrange a time for my interview. Usually, it is the other way around.
I then had an interview with a director and an associate. I was informed the salary that was advertised at $160,000 would be reduced to $110,000. Apparently, I could make up the difference in bonus.
I was then informed after my interview that there would be two further rounds of interviews.
Decided not to proceed, even after passing the first interview. Awful experience.
