I reached at 11:30 AM. After all the entry processes, I reached the main location at 12:00 AM, where there were more than 200 employees. After that, more than 200 employees came up. I waited till 4:30 PM for the first round. They didn't even give snacks, nothing. After that, they told me to wait. I waited for an hour for feedback.
At 5:30 PM, they called 6-7 people outside and told them, 'Sorry, try after 6 months.' WTF? Why are you calling so many experienced people and giving each candidate fixed slot timing? Come at this time and followed back many times. We were waiting for no reason. They didn't even know 300+ candidates would come.
Most of the people told me they cleared the online test. After that, they came there and waited from morning to evening for a 20-minute interview, and they selected 2-3 people from 300+ people. Mismanagement, no water, no snacks, nothing.
