The process was for a full stack position.

There were 3 calls:

• One with the Human Resources person, a typical HR call, nothing to comment on here to be honest.
• The second was with the "Delivery Manager" of the specific project, who asked me a few questions about Java and Javascript / Angular (all quite basic and simple). It was a 15-minute call, perhaps.
• And the last one was again with the same HR person, during which they sent me the job offer.

Honestly, it was all quite fast and simple. What, by not having a technical test, one could see that many of the people I worked with didn't have much of an idea of what they were supposed to do, and even more so when they sold us to the client as "Senior Experts", and most of us didn't even have a year of experience.
