I felt comfortable with the HR staff, and they seemed organized and prepared with a friendly attitude.
There was an online assessment quiz and a general interview about basic programming topics.
A downside can be that there is not great communication between the HR and the technical staff.
What senior tech managers need is not reflected by the HR.
For example, the requirements for a junior developer position were as expected, but what the team really needed was way more than what was stated before the interview.
