Pros: Will love the environment of work: cooperative colleagues and supportive staff.

Cons: A weekend you don't enjoy here.

Pros: Nice team, nice vibe, and takes care of its interns.

Cons: The projects are not always clear, but that's not really a problem.

Pros: Some health benefits and standard 401k and pension.

Cons: You are a number. You could pull the company in a half million dollars, and you are still a number. I will never work for another company that lays off 20% of its staff during COVID. It’s not like we weren’t working 60-hour weeks on a multi-million dollar project, being extremely profitable to the company. You know, you can give anything you want to a company like this, literally your firstborn baby, and they wouldn’t care. They treat their employees like numbers. At the end of the day, your achievements mean nothing and grant you no job security. You can be laid off at any point they feel good to do so. They even give you 24 hours to leave the firm, so no knowledge transfer, even though I’m one of the original developers on a toolset they bought. Smart move, lol. I guess some cheap labor in India can replace us USA workers since they are ramping up hiring in India.
