The interview process consists of four rounds:
- Non-Technical Online Assessment
- Group Discussion (GD)
- Technical Round
- Partner Round (HR)
As you know, the interview process is primarily resume-based, as Deloitte is one of the firms that recruits at KIIT on Day 0. Communication and analytical thinking are a must, as they focus primarily on those skills. Finally, try to learn about the company before appearing, as this is one of the "Big 4" companies in consulting and analytics worldwide.
