It was an online interview. They arrived on time and prepared. They were very friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable; not being nervous is fundamental, as is naturalness. They value it highly.
After introducing themselves, they offered me the chance to introduce myself and tell them something about me (very typical). The questions were the ones you prepare for in any interview; the technical aspects were somewhat outside of it.
