Overall interview experience was very bad. I got it through an employee referral.

They schedule your interview start time and make you wait for a long time in the Zoom meeting waiting list. There were around 30 other people in the waiting queue.

The interview was virtual on Zoom. I had to wait for around 1 hour and 30 minutes in the waiting list.

Even though the profile I applied for was a specific position, the interviewer asked different questions irrelevant to the job profile. They waste a lot of your time and keep you waiting in the interview queue. They don't even ask whether you are available for the time or not, just schedule it without asking you.

Interviewer asked questions that are typically intended for higher experience candidates. Even though something is not mentioned in the resume, they still asked and expected that I know it.

Interviewer asked me a question related to Salesforce, in which I had to implement a functionality using either Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows, or Apex. I suggested using the solution of Flows. But the interviewer told me the right answer is you would create an Apex trigger. Basically, if something can be implemented with point-and-click tools, it should not be implemented with Apex. So, the interviewer was wrong.

I felt the process to be unprofessional overall and not worth the candidate's time.
