The first approach was great. They asked about my experience and were really professional. But when it came to the face-to-face meeting, the questions were about my years in university; they didn't even know the requirements for the position.

They arrived late to the meeting, and since then, it's been 3 or 4 weeks without a response from their side.

I don't know how big the software developer market is right now, but honestly, after ghosting me for some weeks, I decided to go with another company, even though they sent me the offer. I would not recommend them, as I was really interested in the company and the position at the beginning.
