I was called in for a technical interview and also had to talk about career plans.
The interviewers were really kind; I had a great time.
I had no real issues with the technical part. I think I was rejected because they didn't find me motivated enough for the job, or they looked for a person with more junior-like skills in exchange for lower salary expectations.
