The experience is pathetic.
Morning 8:00 AM, I reached the Deloitte office, but there was no interview schedule until 10 AM.
I was communicated for a Technical Interview, but once I arrived, I was asked to attend a written exam on white paper. Up to this point, it was manageable, but the problem started after completing the written test.
Within 2 minutes, an HR person came and asked me to leave for the day.
This meant I had not cleared the exam.
When I requested the written exam results, she did not have answers.
I can understand that there is some issue with their process. I left immediately.
Questions were very poor; it seems someone with 2+ years of experience came for the interview.
I have 5+ years of experience and am an Open-source Automation Framework developer. I was expecting a thorough interview or written test. But the interview questions and process were totally hopeless.
Good luck to candidates approaching Deloitte for an Automation Testing Framework Role.
