Normal interview. All requirements for the position are met. After several interviews, salary negotiation begins. All requirements are met for the 3-5 YOE (Years of Experience) position, for which there are 2-3 years of experience. Therefore, they cannot offer or improve the salary offer, as it would exceed their range and fall into senior, even though the position requires that of a senior/semi-senior.
