A truly unprofessional approach by the senior recruiter.
The recruiter called me and scheduled the telephonic interview within two days, then an in-person interview with three separate senior managers in Austin a week later. As promised, he called me right after the interview and told me that it went well and I could expect the offer letter in four to five days. Until now, he had shown top-notch professionalism, and I was very impressed.
Three weeks passed, and there was no response from him. I emailed him after 10 days for an update – no response! I called him and left a voicemail after two weeks – yet no response!
He didn't adhere to what he committed during the initial days, as he promised he would keep me updated on whatever decision was made. It's really upsetting, this approach from a Big 5 senior recruiter.
