I had two phone interviews on separate occasions.
One was with the recruiter, which consisted of general questions and my work history. The other phone interview was with what would have been a peer in the job I was interviewing for. This was a quite technical interview.
After making it past this interview, I was called for a one-on-one interview a week later with what would have been the manager/director this position is reporting to. This interview was more about soft skills and personality.
I thought for sure I was going to get an offer for this position, but after a couple of weeks, I received the answer that I didn't get it. Everyone I dealt with was professional, and it seemed like a great place to work. The building in the Chicago Loop was really nice.
