Cons: Although the company offers a professional and well-structured environment, with attention to the aesthetic aspects of the offices, the lack of a proper work-life balance, combined with compensation that is not competitive compared to my previous experience, led me to not accept the offer. The company culture, although young and dynamic, sometimes presented excessive pressure. Overall, the situation did not meet my expectations, especially in terms of work-life balance and remuneration.

Cons: Nothing much specifically. Maybe more bonus and hike.

Pros: Remote work. Bonus based on annual goals. Stable job in a large company.

Cons: Getting a promotion is very complicated. Politics and a lot of bureaucracy. Favoritism and not much recognition.
