Applied through employee referral, there are 4 rounds.

1st Technical - through Zoom (45 mins). The interviewer was good and mainly focused on what you have written on your resume. The questions were from C#, Azure DevOps, Blazor, and MongoDB.

Got a call from the TAG team after 3 days for the next round of technical discussion. There came a problem: the profile moved to another recruiter, and she rescheduled the interview 3 times.

2nd Technical - The interviewer was not interested and in a hurry to attend a client meeting. The interview was for namesake; he asked only 3 questions: Asp.Net MVC vs. Asp.Net Core, Azure DevOps Release, and Singleton pattern. These questions I already got in the 1st round itself.

The next day, I got a rejection email from the recruiter.

They are wasting their time as well as our time. If you don't have a requirement, don't call for an interview.
