I was interviewed at Deloitte Gurgaon in July. The drive was for Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru locations.

As part of the interview process, I initially received a HackerRank test link that needed to be cleared. Then, I was called for the interview at their Gurgaon campus. I reached by 9 am, and the process took the whole day. At the end of the day, I was told that I was selected, and I had salary discussions with the HR. She asked me to select any location among the three.

I was really happy, and she told me that I would receive the offer within a week. The next Monday, I received an email from Deloitte. They asked me for some documents as part of a pre-hire survey. After that, their game starts :(. You will chase them on emails, calls; they won't reply. My interview was conducted in July, and it's been December, and I haven't received any offer letter or any update from them.

I had a word with the HR a couple of times. I was told that the offer would come for sure but that it would be delayed. I was in hope with Deloitte, as many of my friends who were also selected on the same day in Deloitte were going through the same thing. There were nearly 50 people from Deloitte in the email, but nobody replied to my emails. No call, no update, just a hope that someday I will receive the offer.

Dear Team,

Please don't waste people's time. Please at least give feedback, positive or negative. Being such a reputed firm, I never expected this from Deloitte.
