Process
The recruiter contacted me first and explained in detail what the process is. She also enquired about domain knowledge. The resume was then forwarded to the recruiter of a specific location. She arranged a phone interview/tech screening. The tech screen was again more on methodology rather than a too detailed technical interview. After that, there was one-to-one interviews with three people separately.
