Pros: Many learning opportunities. I learned a lot organically through my development projects, as well as explicit training courses offered. They also pay well.
Cons: The cost of the training is the mandatory time required to do so each year. It is a bit excessive and can pull you away from project work to complete a training session just to complete the required annual hours.
