After an awesome presentation, they first took written round-2 papers: general aptitude (easy) and technical (HTML, C basics, SQL).
Then they shortlisted around 45 (out of 120).
Next was a group discussion, which was basically a case study (like a bill forgery or money laundering case: simple).
Finally, there was a technical and HR interview.
In the interview, they asked questions from the paper of round one (I got full marks in the technical paper in round one, so it was easy to crack), followed by some more HTML fundamentals, then HR.
They literally offered a position in the interview (you never know if they are fake or real, even if your interview is good).
An interview was interesting and performance was fine, though they took the pleasure of taking a girl candidate in my place.
They are biased towards girls.
An excellent option for girls; guys may have to fight a little for success in the company, as they have to climb a mountain barefooted, whereas girls are given escalators for the same.
How do HTTP and HTTPS work?
They find .NET, especially ASP.NET, interesting. The interviewers are not technically sound. Also, in VB.NET, what is OLEDB? In Java, what is JDBC, etc.?
