I had the misfortune of interviewing with Deloitte. The company contacted me first by email, then by phone call, and then by a one-on-one interview. The interview itself was a good experience; they were professional and respectful. What followed after the interview was anything but. You have to realize that I already had a job. They seemed really eager, and in order to make the interview with them, I had to take a couple of hours. What I expected from an international, reputable company was to at least have the decency to answer my email or phone call after the interview, or a simple rejection letter. Anyway, I have accepted another job offer and moved on. But if the interview process is anything like actually working there, I don't want to be a part of that at any point of my career.
