The job interview process begins with a case day, where you are grouped with five other candidates.

During this phase, you work as a team on a specific case study, under the watchful eye of examiners. They carefully observe how you collaborate with other team members, assessing your ability to communicate, problem-solve, and contribute constructively to the group.

Once the group work phase is completed, you collectively present the results of your analysis, as if you were presenting to a real client. This presentation allows examiners to evaluate your communication, argumentation, and persuasion skills, as well as your ability to defend the group's conclusions clearly and professionally.
