It was good, and there were two assessments (online MCQ and Versant test) and three rounds (HR, technical, final round).
Good technical and speaking skills are needed for one who wants the position. Should have basic coding knowledge and logical thinking is important in the final round.

Cons: Working with offshore can feel isolating; it's hard to integrate and learn from coworkers. There's a steep learning curve with some projects, and you're expected to adapt quickly.
