1st round technical interview.
After 2 or 3 days, HR people would call you if you're shortlisted.
2nd round technical interview.
After 2 or 3 days, HR people would call you if you're shortlisted.
If it's a critical project, you will have a managerial 3rd round. The manager would explain the roles and responsibilities.
If you are shortlisted, then the final HR round will happen, followed by an offer.
