- Amazing pension.
- Ability to purchase up to 10 additional annual leave days.
- Forward-thinking leadership.

Cons: - Probably the most boring work you'll do in your career.
- Disconnect between leadership and middle management in terms of what work you'll be doing.
- No clear product roadmap.
- Lots of red tape.
- Artificial deadlines and unnecessary crunching to get features developed for demos (which stakeholders don't even turn up to).
- Pay is below average.
