Process

First, I received a call from the recruiter, which lasted around 15 minutes and introduced me to the job position and what they were looking for.

We booked a meeting for the following week, in which they asked me classic behavioral questions, nothing fancy. Up to then, the process was good and the recruiter polite.

Afterwards, they asked me to take two online tests before the technical interview. One was a 15-minute, very specific test on Java 8, and the other was an English test of more than one hour.

What was bad is the final technical interview, in which the interviewers showed up 30 minutes late. They made the interview the most awkward thing I have ever experienced.

Last but not least, you go through all this, and they don't talk about money or benefits until you pass the final interview, which I find very disrespectful of an applicant's time.

I got rejected, but they didn't even care to say what went wrong. They just sent an automatic message, even after I politely asked them to give me some explanation.

Spoiler: Don't expect too much, because I had a feeling they were going to offer me an internship even if I had worked before, and I'm at the end of my MSc.
