Pros: When the firm was at its peak, you were truly working with best-in-class people.
Cons: The firm, Deloitte Digital, doesn't value engineers but rather the strategy consultants and product managers. Because of this, they keep off-shoring labor and squeezing engineers to produce unrealistic deliverables in a very short amount of time. It's high stress and no reward.
