Pros: People are highly reachable. Very ethical and professional work culture.
Good pay initially and good progress if you start your career with Deloitte. Great learning opportunity, also it depends upon projects.
Cons: No work-life balance.
Late-night work, long calls.
Most of the clients are from the US, so late-night calls are pretty obvious.
