A pretty shallow conversation with the team manager, which didn't lead to anything.
Got the impression of an unserious process.
Eventually, we did not proceed with the process for no reasonable reasons or explanations, so it was very disappointing.

Pros: Benefits, salary, the latest technology, and innovative peers are the best I have worked with. More company-wide holidays would allow everyone to have a real break from work.
Cons: Stuffy, bureaucratic, process-intensive. Work-life balance is difficult at times.
One PPMD with a problem is more important than 1000 non-PPMDs with another problem.
It's better to be seen working on a problem with no results than to sit down and have an open conversation on a solution.
Buying of software is too many times not based on the best application, but on which app can generate more money for Deloitte Consulting.
Better to be extraverted and loud than introverted and a producer.

Cons: As you grow to senior grades in a technical role, promotion gets harder compared to people doing delivery roles. An architecture role still needs a lot of visibility and recognition.
