One of the worst interview processes I have ever seen in my career. For around 50 candidates, only 2 people were assigned as the so-called panel. We waited 4 hours to initiate the first round itself. Candidates lose their focus and interest while waiting. We were called at 10:30 AM and until 2:30 PM, no one even bothered to check on the candidates and ask them to go for a lunch break or offer some food. The interviewer was still the worst case. His accent was so vague and difficult that half the time went into trying to understand what he was trying to ask. Don't bother to even try your interview at Deloitte near Yemlur, Bangalore. The interviewer was not even interested in listening to our answers. All bookish and predefined questions, some of which I have listed below:
Do I need to memorize all these like school days? Even after telling him the exact purpose of each, the interviewer wanted a book-kind of definition. Can you imagine? A Deloitte employee!! He was sitting with a laptop, presumably with predefined questions downloaded from Google. What a joke!
