Process
I only had a first interview with the recruiter.
Applied via LinkedIn and company portal, and we quickly found a time slot. The interview was done over MS Teams. It was a standard introductory conversation about the company, position, and my expertise and expectations.
The interview itself was a good experience, but I didn't get any feedback for 3 months. I then got an automated rejection email, presumably when the hiring for the position was completed, even though the recruiter said I should get feedback in about ten days.
