Was taken through several rounds, all meticulously planned and executed in 5 days over a period of 3 weeks, in the following order:
- HR briefing (phone)
- Tech round (by Sr. Mgr over phone)
- Round 2 (Sr. Mgr over VC)
- Round 3 (by Sr. Mgr over VC)
- Versant English test
- Round 5 (by Sr. Mgr over VC)
- Round 6 (Director over VC)
- HR round (phone)
- Salary & Benefits session (phone)
Questions
Nothing too difficult, but each interview being about 45-70 minutes long, I had to struggle hard to keep myself focused and not get tired. Most of the questions were about experiences, situations, and examples.
All the interviewers were extremely bright and courteous, and left a very good impression.
