Independent learning and the ability to come and go as you please.
Very unorganized.
The company and location I worked at had many affairs between upper management and employees.
There was no training, and the staff was very rude.
There was no advancement unless you devoted everything you had to working long hours, working multiple projects, and enduring very harsh criticism.
I was looking forward to advancing to a bigger company outside of Colorado and working for Deloitte headquarters and voiced that to my superiors. I was shot down.
The office here in Colorado is very unprofessional and tough to get employment advancements.
