International environment and wide variety of clients. Working for the most important companies in each sector, providing useful services.
Lack of honesty.
They will treat you as a slave, working 10-12 hours a day for the minimum salary. Only those the director likes will get a promotion, regardless of their quality at work, just or friendship.
Of course, foreign people receive the worst conditions because the management knows that they don't have any other options and have lots of necessities, especially in a country where every job opportunity goes from friend to friend.
Everybody in the company is dreaming to be hired by the client.
Change all the management, from the partners to the managers, especially the Chileans.
