Deloitte is like a fraternity/sorority. Once you are part of the organization, that name carries a lot of weight on your resume/LinkedIn.
Unlimited training opportunities. WLB depends on the project and team you work with. Some managers are better than others.
A $1000 a year Well Being Subsidy is a nice perk. Unfortunately, you still need to pay taxes on that.
Benefits are awful if you are assigned to the US Delivery Center. The 401k match is terrible, and the vesting period was 3 years. Bonus structure varies. Finding a project can be tough. It's hard enough to get your foot in the door at Deloitte, then you have to go and try to find a project that fits your skillset.
Don't overhire. Some offerings are oversaturated with resources fighting for spots on projects. Offer better benefits to USDC.
