The pay is really okay for a starter. They pay the exact average of the market, especially when you just finished university.
Extra benefits are also above average.
You need to lobby for your own work as a Cloud/DevOps engineer. You need to befriend a manager, which, when the manager likes you, assigns you a project. If you've just finished a computer science degree and want to learn DevOps/Cloud engineering, this is daunting, and you need to shift gears.
You will not do the Cloud Engineer work if you're not lucky enough to be selected for one of the few real IT projects. If you're not selected, you sit on the bench and need to make (a lot of) sales PowerPoints. On one of the worst instances, I was documenting a meeting.
You get a 'Coach' who can only help you to get a project, but if the coach is busy, you will not. The latter is mostly the case.
You need to learn specific skills to make yourself interesting. You may be hired as a Cloud Engineer, but if you're sufficient in React, you'll be front-ending instead of learning DevOps/Cloud engineering.
During my tenure, there were more managers than engineers.
If you run an IT department, run it like one. Do not copy your pyramid scheme to IT professionals who want to build software.

Application/Screening – You submit your CV or application, and the HR team reviews it. Initial Contact (Phone/Video Screen) – A recruiter or HR person asks basic questions about your background, skills, and availability. Technical/Skill Assessment
The interview was in three parts: behavioral, technical, and situational. It was not too difficult; there were basic questions and answers. In total, I was in the interview process for about a month, maybe.
